During the Hart voor DAF days 2024, the introduction of the Proefbaantje took place. This needs some explanation.
A little-known fact is that the current DAF Museum is housed in the former De Valk Brewery. This is where DAF established its first workshop, “De Smidse,” in 1928, which led to the production of the 1928 beer package Proefbaantje, in collaboration with the light town brewers from Eindhoven.
The Proefbaantje consists of 4 different beers and comes in a matching exclusive gift packaging. It is a unique and flavorful beer package to give as a gift, but also to be collected by DAF enthusiasts, and is exclusively available at the DAF Museum.
A complete hit! When the new supply is delivered, beer packages will be available for €14.50 in the Museum Shop.
